Mr. Wood is currently a designated counsel / lawyer for the United Transportation Union and was previously designated by most of the major railroad unions, including the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, the Transportation Communications Union and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees to represent railroad employees injured on the job.
